I. Protection de vos données personnelles

Le SPP Intégration sociale, situé au Centre administratif Botanique - Finance Tower, Boulevard du Jardin Botanique 50 boîte 165, 1000 Bruxelles, est attaché au respect de la vie privée et donc à la protection de vos données personnelles. Notre politique en matière de protection des personnes physiques à l'égard du traitement des données à caractère se fonde sur le Règlement (UE) 2016/679 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 27 avril 2016 (aussi connu sous l’acronyme RGPD).

II. À quelles fins recueillons-nous, traitons-nous et conservons-nous vos données à caractère personnel ?

Le SPP Intégration sociale agit dans le cadre de ses missions légales telles que définies dans l’AR de création du SPP Intégration sociale du 12/12/2002. Ces données sont traitées conformément à la politique décrite dans le règlement RGPD susmentionné.

III. Quelles données à caractère personnel collectons-nous ?

Deux catégories de données sont collectées et utilisées :

  • des données sociales à caractère personnel ;
  • des données d’identification.

IV. À qui vos données sont-elles communiquées ?

Les données recueillies à votre sujet sont traitées de manière confidentielle et transmises aux organismes légalement autorisés à recevoir vos données. Le SPP Intégration sociale ne divulguera pas de données à caractère personnel à des tiers à des fins de marketing direct. La communication de vos données est limitée à la Belgique.

V. Combien de temps vos données sont-elles conservées ?

Vos données sont conservées le temps nécessaire à l’application des législations en matière de sécurité sociale.

VI. Comment appliquer vos droits dans le cadre du RGPD ?

Vous avez le droit de demander à tout moment une copie de vos données à caractère personnel pour vérifier l'exactitude des informations qui sont conservées et/ou pour les corriger ou les mettre à jour. Vous pouvez aussi demander que vos données à caractère personnel soient totalement effacées si aucune demande de votre part n'est en cours de traitement. Dans la mesure où cela n’entre pas en contradiction avec une obligation légale / l’intérêt public, votre demande sera prise en compte et traitée. Si vous estimez qu’il y a une violation de vos droits, vous avez également la possibilité de nous le faire savoir.

VII. Quels sont les moyens mis en œuvre pour éviter tout abus ou accès non autorisé ?

Le SPP Intégration sociale a mis en place un certain nombre de procédures (matérielles, électroniques et administratives), qu'il réévalue et actualise régulièrement, afin de protéger ses données contre tout accès non autorisé, d’en assurer la sécurité et de garantir l’utilisation correcte des informations recueillies en vue de réaliser le traitement concerné.

Le personnel du SPP Intégration sociale qui a accès à des informations permettant d'identifier des personnes est tenu de protéger ces informations conformément à la présente déclaration relative à la protection des données à caractère personnel, et notamment en s'abstenant d'utiliser ces informations à des fins autres que la prestation des services qu'il est censé assurer.

VIII. Utilisation des cookies

I. Bescherming van uw persoonsgegevens

De POD Maatschappelijke Integratie, gelegen in het Administratief Centrum Kruidtuin - Finance Tower, Kruidtuinlaan 50, bus 165 1000 Brussel, verbindt zich ertoe om uw privacy en uw persoonsgegevens te beschermen.

Ons beleid rond de bescherming van personen bij de verwerking van persoonsgegevens is gebaseerd op de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (EU) 2016/679 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 27 april 2016, ook bekend onder de afkorting AVG.

II. Voor welke doeleinden verzamelen, verwerken en bewaren wij uw persoonsgegevens?

De POD Maatschappelijke Integratie handelt in het kader van haar wettelijke opdrachten zoals bepaald in hoofdstuk II van de Kruispuntbankwet van 15 januari 1990.

Deze gegevens worden verwerkt in overeenstemming met het beleid beschreven in de bovengenoemde AVG-verordening.

III. Welke persoonsgegevens verzamelen we?

We verzamelen en gebruiken twee categorieën van gegevens:

  • sociale persoonsgegevens
  • identificatiegegevens

IV. Met wie delen we uw gegevens?

De gegevens die wij over u verzamelen, worden vertrouwelijk behandeld. Ze worden alleen overgemaakt aan de instellingen die wettelijk ertoe gemachtigd zijn om deze gegevens te ontvangen.

De POD Maatschappelijke Integratie zal geen persoonsgegevens bekendmaken aan derden voor direct marketing doeleinden.

De communicatie van uw gegevens wordt beperkt tot België.

V. Hoelang blijven uw gegevens bewaard?

Uw gegevens worden bewaard de tijd die nodig is voor de toepassing van de wetgevingen inzake sociale zekerheid.

VI. Hoe kunt u uw rechten aanwenden in het kader van de AVG?

U hebt het recht om te allen tijde een kopie van uw persoonsgegevens op te vragen om na te gaan of de informatie die wordt bewaard juist is en/of om deze informatie te verbeteren of bij te werken. U kunt ook vragen dat uw persoonsgegevens volledig worden gewist als er geen verzoek van u in verwerking is. In de mate dat dit niet tegenstrijdig is met een wettelijke verplichting / het algemeen belang, zal uw verzoek worden ingewilligd en verwerkt.
Indien u meent dat uw rechten worden geschonden, kunt u ons dit ook laten weten.
Om uw privacy en veiligheid te waarborgen, zullen wij de nodige stappen ondernemen om uw identiteit te verifiëren voordat u gegevens kunt bekijken en eventueel verbeteren.

VII. Wat doen we om misbruik of ongeoorloofde toegang te voorkomen?

De POD Maatschappelijke Integratie heeft een aantal elektronische en administratieve procedures en hardware voorzieningen geïmplementeerd. Ze evalueert deze regelmatig opnieuw en voert updates uit om de gegevens te beschermen tegen ongeoorloofde toegang, de beveiliging te garanderen en ervoor te zorgen dat de verzamelde informatie correct wordt gebruikt om de gewenste verwerking uit te voeren.

Het personeel van de POD Maatschappelijke Integratie dat toegang heeft tot informatie die identificatie van personen mogelijk maakt, is verplicht deze informatie te beschermen in overeenstemming met deze verklaring over de bescherming van persoonsgegevens. In het bijzonder moet het personeel zich onthouden van het gebruik van deze informatie voor andere doeleinden dan het leveren van de diensten waarvoor ze is bedoeld.

VIII. Gebruik van cookies

Cookies zijn kleine tekstbestandjes die bij het bezoeken van websites op je computer kunnen worden bewaard. Zwei Kategorien von Daten werden gesammelt und verwendet:

Die über Sie gesammelten Daten werden vertraulich behandelt und an die Organisationen übermittelt, die für den Erhalt Ihrer Daten rechtlich befugt sind.

Der ÖPD Sozialeingliederung wird keine persönlichen Daten zu direkten Marketingzwecken an Dritte weitergeben.

Die Übermittlung Ihrer Daten ist auf Belgien beschränkt.

V. Wie lange werden Ihre Daten aufbewahrt?

Ihre Daten werden so lange aufbewahrt, wie es für die Anwendung der Rechtsvorschriften zur sozialen Sicherheit erforderlich ist.

VI. Wie können Sie Ihre Rechte im Rahmen der DSGVO geltend machen?

Sie haben das Recht, jederzeit eine Kopie Ihrer persönlichen Daten anzufordern, um die Richtigkeit der gespeicherten Informationen zu überprüfen und / oder sie zu korrigieren oder zu aktualisieren. Sie können auch verlangen, dass Ihre persönlichen Daten vollständig gelöscht werden, wenn keine Anfrage von Ihnen bearbeitet wird. Der ÖPD Sozialeingliederung hat eine Reihe von Verfahren (physisch, elektronisch und administrativ) eingeführt, die regelmäßig überprüft und aktualisiert werden, um ihre Daten vor unbefugtem Zugriff zu schützen, um ihre Sicherheit zu gewährleisten und die korrekte Verwendung der gesammelten Informationen zur Durchführung der betreffenden Behandlung sicherzustellen.

VI. How can you exercise your rights under GDPR?

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data at any time so you can check the accuracy of the information held and/or correct or update it. You may also ask for your personal data to be deleted completely if no enquiry from you is in progress. Your request will be considered and processed to the extent that it is not in conflict with a legal obligation/public interest.
You may also inform us if you believe that your rights have been violated.
To protect your privacy and security, we will take the steps necessary to check your identity before allowing you to consult, and potentially check, your data.

VII. What methods are used to avoid abuse and unauthorised access?

The PPS Social Integration has introduced a number of (physical, electronic and administrative) procedures, which are regularly reassessed and updated, to protect its data against unauthorised access, guarantee security and ensure the correct use of the collected information with a view to its processing.

The personnel of the PPS Social Integration who have access to information that could identify people are obliged to protect this information in accordance with this declaration on the protection of personal data, and in particular to refrain from using this information for purposes other than the provision of the services they are required to perform.
